Bucks Man, 52, Charged For Repeatedly Shining Spotlight Into Neighbors' Home, Police Say A 52-year-old Bucks County resident is facing harassment charges for shining a spotlight into his neighbor's house for several nights, authorities said. When police arrived on the scene they apparently tried to mediate the dispute, by telling Jerry Mercado and Lisa Braun to not intentionally shine a spotlight into their neighbor's home, Northampton Township police said.
