Erratic PA Driver Had Meth, Marijuana In His System, Police Say A Landenberg man who had methamphetamine and marijuana in his system is facing DUI charges, authorities said. Myrlan E. Dowell, 41 showed signs of impairment when he was stopped by police on Dec. 11, 2020, around 10:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Baltimore Pike, in New Garden Township, according to the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. Subsequent testing results showed a presence of marijuana and methamphetamine in his system, police said. The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
