Disbarred PA Adoption Attorney Facing 18 Months Behind Bars For Ponzi Scheme A disbarred adoption lawyer from Bucks County is facing 18 months in prison for running a Ponzi scheme in which he accepted retainer fees from clients then pocketed the money, authorities said. Steven G. Dubin, 66, of Holland had clients pay him retainer fees that he told them would be held in escrow accounts for future expenses during the adoption process between December 2010 and February 2013, according to Acting United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams. Outbreak Of Super-Spreader COVID Variant Reported In Montgomery County Health officials are seeing an outbreak of the super-spreader COVID-19 variant in Montgomery County, officials said. Four more linked cases of the highly-contagious UK variant were found in the area, according to local health officials. Dead Puppy Found Near Delaware County Boy's Club Police in Delaware County are investigating after a dead dog was found near the Folcroft Boys Club.
