Rutherford Council Votes To Create New Management Corporation RUTHERFORD N.J. --  The Rutherford Borough Council voted unanimously to dissolve the Rutherford Downtown Partnership (RDP) and to create a new management corporation to replace it, according to NorthJersey.com. The RDP is the non-profit organization that oversees the local Special Improvement District (SID).
