South Salem Man Charged With DWI In Route 123 Stop LEWISBORO, N.Y. – A South Salem man was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI while driving on state Route 123, reports the New York State Police. Thomas P. Larkin, 43, was found to be intoxicated after police were dispatched to a one-car auto collision on Route 123. Larkin provided a breath sample that showed his blood alcohol content was .27 percent, more than three times the legal limit of intoxication, officials say. Larkin was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Lewisboro Court Monday, according to officials.

McNeil is white, has black hair and blue eyes, is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She was last seen at her residence on South Plaisted Avenue in Smithtown at midnight Monday.
