Bard's Fisher Center Presents 'Adrift' Exhibition By Rhinebeck Photographer ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The Fisher Center at Bard College continues to showcase “Adrift,” an exhibition by local photographer Carolyn Marks Blackwood, through Thursday, Dec. 31 from noon to 6 p.m. Photographer Blackwood, who is based in Rhinebeck, presents a series of photographs featuring the Hudson River's water and ice in vibrant, abstract colors. Chappaqua Kids Bring Robotics To Ossining Children's Center CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – The Astromechs and the Brick Bosses robotics teams in Chappaqua held two fundraisers to bring a two-hour LEGO robotics learning experience to the Ossining Children's Center's After School Enrichment program. After learning that the Ossining Children's Center did not have a robotics program, the teams, part of the First LEGO League, held two fundraisers. The teams sold glow-wear for trick-or-treaters on Halloween night, as well as LEGO mini-packs, purchased in part with a donation of LEGOstore points by Sam Kaplan, 14, of the Astromechs.
