Anthony Norwood, 47, of Queens, N.Y., returned to Stamford courthouse Wednesday and was charged with stealing a Highlander from Toyota of Stamford Rental Car Division in January and held on a $50,000 court appearance bond, according to the report. Investigation Continues After Dover Man Charged With Forcibly Touching Teen DOVER, N.Y. – State Police said Wednesday they are continuing to investigate after a Dover man was arrested for forcibly touching and endangering the welfare of a child and are asking the public's help for any information on this or other cases.
