19-Year-Old Shot To Death Inside His Car in Alexandria: Police Police found a 19-year-old man shot to death inside his car parked on the road in the Hybla Valley area of Alexandria Sunday morning.  Darren Davis of Alexandria suffered multiple gunshot wounds and later died from them at an area hospital, Fairfax County police said.  A Dodge Charger pulled up alongside Davis' car in the 8000 block of Seaton Street just after 8 a.m. and fired multiple rounds before speeding off, police said. 29-Year-Old Man Dies In Loudoun County Crash After Car Skids Off Road: Police A 29-year-old Ashburn man died Sunday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Loudoun County, authorities said.  The man was driving on Gloucester Parkway near Ringold Drive just before 5:30 a.m. when he lost control and slid off of the road, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. Dumpster Fire Blocks Traffic in Stafford County Traffic in Fairfax County this week was an absolute dumpster fire. No really, a pile of trash caught fire and blocked traffic for an hour on Thursday, June 16, police said.  Trash in a garbage truck caught fire along Simpson Road Thursday morning in Fredericksburg, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. Fire crews put out the trash fire, but it took an hour to clean the charred garbage, meaning the road was closed near Warrenton Road for an hour, deputies said.  It's unclear what caused the fire. No one was injured — just inconvenienced.
