Manassas Man Threatens To Cut Man's Face Off Over Parking Spot: Police A 37-year-old man was so upset over losing a parking spot he threatened to re-enact the Nicolas Cage classic "Face/Off," police said. Joshua Sadr, of Manassas, got into an argument with another driver on Monday, June 20, which led to the threats, the Prince William County police said. Man Goes On Multi-Car Burglary Spree In Sterling: Police A man went on a shopping spree through other people's cars over the weekend in Loudoun County, and authorities released a video of the man in the hopes someone recognizes him. The break-ins happened on Saturday, June 18, in the neighborhoods of Potomac Run Plaza, Dulles Town Circle, Davenport Drive, Lake Center Plaza, Waterview Plaza, and Atlantic Boulevard, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. Fairfax County Says Goodbye To Good Boy Officer A patrol dog that served with the Fairfax County Police Department for nearly a decade died over the weekend. Comak, who served the department from 2010 until 2019, died on Saturday, June 18, police announced on Facebook. He was 14 years old. Comak lived with his former handler's family after he retired, where he continued to be a good boy until his death. "Comak will be sorely missed but will always be remembered as a loving, playful, and loyal member of his family and the community he served," the department said in the post.

18-Year-Old Dies In Oakton Wreck After Crashing Into Tree: Police Police said an 18-year-old died earlier this week after he lost control of his car and crashed into a tree in Fairfax County. 29-Year-Old Still Hospitalized After Near Drowning In McLean Stream: Police A 29-year-old man remains in a hospital days after nearly drowning in a stream in Fairfax County, authorities said. The man was swimming with friends in the stream near a portion of the Difficult Run River that runs along Georgetown Pike in McLean on Sunday, June 19, just after 6 p.m., Fairfax County police said. Police ID Victim In Stafford Motel Murder Authorities have identified the man killed at a Red Roof Inn in Stafford County over the weekend. Deputies said Leo Franklin, 47, of Maryland, died at the Warrenton Road motel in Stafford just after 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 19. Fairfax Man Dies After Driving Off Mountain Road: Police A 42-year-old Fairfax man died over the weekend after crashing his motorcycle on a mountain road, reports said. Ui Kyung Kim crashed Saturday afternoon, June 18, while driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Bedford County, The Roanoke Times reported. The National Park Service said Kim was speeding south near milepost 77, not far from the Apple Orchard Mountain overlook, and couldn't navigate a curve. He lost control of the bike and went off of the two-lane road, the report said. No other cars were involved in the crash.

Stafford County Drunk Driver Sends Friend To Hospital In Car Crash: Police Authorities said a 22-year-old Spotsylvania woman was intoxicated when she sent three people to the hospital in a car crash earlier this month. Sydney Jenkins faces several charges after the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said she crossed the center line on a curve along Brooke Road and into oncoming traffic after 8 p.m. on June 12. Plane From Leesburg Crash Lands In Pennsylvania After Brakes Fail: Report A pilot that took off from Leesburg was forced to make a controlled crash landing on Sunday, June 19, in Pennsylvania after her brakes failed, a report said. Caiolinn Ertel, 61, of Pittsburgh, was not injured in the crash, but she fears her Cessna 414 was totaled in the crash at Rostraver Airport, she told TribLive.com. Ertel's plane skidded off the runway at Rostraver Airport and crashed into a hill, the website reported.
