Sandra Diamond Fox has been a journalist since 2005, working for The News-Times and The Redding Pilot prior to coming to the Daily Voice. She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Play Laser Tag, Dodgeball, & More At Redding Community Center Program REDDING, Conn. -- "March Mayhem" will be Saturday, March 12, for grades 3 and 4 at the Redding Community Center, from 7-9 p.m. The evening will feature laser tag, dodgeball, four square, 9 square-in-the-air and more. Pizza and beverages will be included. The cost is $10 in advance online or at the Park and Recreation office. VA Hudson Valley Conducting Two Groups On 'Tempering The Tyrant' CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Department of Veterans Affairs Hudson Valley Health Care System in Cortlandt will conduct two telephone education groups titled “Tempering the Tyrant: Finding Anger’s Rightful Place,” in the month of March.
