Authorities Track Down Yonkers Man Charged With Stabbing Pit Bull In Back WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y.  -- A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged Tuesday after the Humane Law Enforcement Unit of the SPCA and Yonkers Police say he stabbed an eight-month pit bull in the back. Deshawn Williams of Yonkers was charged with animal cruelty. For months following the incident, Williams could not be located, staying under the radar to avoid arrest, the SPCA said.
