Man Who Filed False Tax Returns Drives Drunk, Yorktown Police Say A 36-year-old man was arrested and charged with DWI on Route 6 in Northern Westchester Saturday. Jason Pastore, 36, of Yonkers was charged after an officer noticed a black Jeep traveling westbound on Route 6 in Yorktown failed to exercise due care while traveling by an officer, police said. After the vehicle was stopped, an investigation revealed Pastore was intoxicated, police said. He also refused a prescreening breath test, police said. Suffern High School Welcomes New School Resource Officer SUFFERN, N.Y. -- A Suffern High School graduate is coming home. Danny Lynch, who graduated from Suffern High School in 2001, is the new school resource officer. Lynch has served as a Ramapo police officer for 10 years and previously served in the NYPD for one year. Lynch is replacing Tommy Donnelly, who retired after 17 years as school resource officer.

Man Fails To Appear In Yorktown Justice Court, Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 31-year-old Putnam Valley resident was arrested and charged in Yorktown Tuesday after he failed to appear in court to answer a drug charge. Vincent Pasciucco had missed a court appearance on Aug. 22 after being charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
