Hackensack Landmark Gets New Life As Residential Building HACKENSACK, N.J. -- The former Bank of America Building in Hackensack will get new life as a residential destination, according to NJ.com. The 10-story building that was completed in 1926 will be converted into 127 luxury apartments. Ryan Gillen was gien Honorable Mention for the Delegation in the Commission on Sustainable Development.  Colton Prentzel and Kim Gapinski  won Outstanding Delegation in the Legal Committee. Thomas Glade and Anthony Messina won Outstanding Delegation in the Special Committee on Technology.
