Hackensack Landmark Gets New Life As Residential Building HACKENSACK, N.J. -- The former Bank of America Building in Hackensack will get new life as a residential destination, according to NJ.com. The 10-story building that was completed in 1926 will be converted into 127 luxury apartments.
