Pardess Center Holding Annual Hanukkah Celebration In Wappinger FISHKILL, N.Y. – The Pardess Center for Jewish life is holding its annual Hanukkah festival Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Adams Fairacre Farms in Wappinger. There will be a menorah lighting, a fire show, latkes, donuts, hot drinks and chocolate gelt. The festival will also feature a fire eating, fire blasting juggling and balancing act by Keith Nelson. This event is free. Adams Fairacre Farms’ Wappinger location is at 160 Old Post Road, Route 9.
