Weapons, Including Semi-Automatic, Seized In Wappingers Falls Raid WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- A Wappingers Falls man is facing multiple weapons charges after New York State Police seized two loaded handguns from his apartment on Friday, Jan. 15, according to officials.  Authorities executed a search warrant for a narcotics investigation on the Mill Street apartment of Savata M. Monroe, 42, and discovered a revolver and a semi-automatic pistol, both loaded, police said.  Monroe was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $75,000 cash bail or $150,000 bond, police said.
