Njdep Recognizes Ramsey's Tisdale School, Grants $10K RAMSEY, N.J. --  Tisdale Elementary School in Ramsey was identified by the New Jersey Department of Education as a High Performing Rewards School for the 2014-2015 school year.  Only 57 schools in the state have earned this distinction.  To be designated such an honor schools had to maintain a minimum proficiency rate of approximately 90 percent for all students and have that proficiency rate in the top 10 percent across the state.
