Saddle Brook Students Illustrate Township's History With Posters SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Several students from the Saddle Brook Middle School created posters as part of a project to illustrate the township's history.The posters are just one of many special items the town has planned to celebrate its 300th anniversary.
