Serious Crash Closes 4 Lanes, Ramp On Rt. 28 In Fairfax County A multi-vehicle crash closed several lanes and an entrance ramp on Rt. 28 in Fairfax County Wednesday evening, Nov. 1. It happened in Oak Hill just after 6 p.m., at the McLearen Road intersection, the VDOT website says. Truck Containing Power Line Worker Suspended In Air Struck By DUI Driver In PA: Cops A 24-year-old man was drunk when he struck a work-bucket truck containing a worker 20 feet in the air last September in Pennsylvania, authorities said.
