A film columnist for WAG Magazine, Sam's moviegoing expertise has been profiled in the New York Times and he was a featured guest on VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live.

A lockdown occurred at Mahopac High School and Mahopac Middle School on the first day of school Thursday. Police were looking for a suspect who had fled on foot, though they did not disclose further information.
