Gearity Defeats Incumbent Hanauer in Ossining Mayoral Primary OSSINING, N.Y. -- Victoria Gearity has unseated incumbent Ossining Mayor Bill Hanauer in the Democratic primary on Tuesday. Gearity leads Hanauer decisively 58 percent to 42 percent, 436 votes to 316 votes, with 76 percent of the votes in.
