Elisa Tra, a Beekman resident, ran away from home last Thursday is 4-foot-11, 120 pounds with long brown braided hair with blonde highlights.  She was last seen wearing black stretch pants, a jean jacket and white shirt, police said. Two Yorktown Men Assault 7-11 Employee, Customer, Police Say YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Two Yorktown men were charged with misdemeanor assault, after police say they got into an altercation with an employee and a customer at 7-11 on Commerce Street on Sunday. Police were called to 7-11 at 1:51 a.m. after Brandin N. Rivera, 42 and Brandon S. Rivera, 27, allegedly engaged in threatening behavior with the employee, pushing him, police said.  Police said the two also got into an altercation with a customer, who suffered an injury to his face. The two were released on their own recognizance and are due back in Yorktown Justice Court on April 27 at 6 p.m.
