ICE Says Judge Ordered Removal Of Ossining Teen Diego Puma Macancela, a 19-year-old Ossining resident who was detained by ICE Thursday, had been ordered removed by an immigration judge on Nov. 16, ICE said, disputing a claim by Ossining's mayor.  Puma Macancela, a native of Ecuador, is currently in ICE custody pending removal from the United States, ICE said. Mohegan Lake Man Strikes 4-Year-Old, Recklessly Throws Shoe, Police Say A 23-year-old Mohegan Lake man was arrested and charged after he injured a 4-year-old by striking the child in the face, causing swelling and recklessly throwing a shoe, Yorktown Police said. Christopher Walker was charged with attempted assault in the 3rd degree, a Class B misdemeanor and endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor after police were called to a domestic dispute Thursday night.  Walker is being held pending arraignment, police said.
