A film columnist for WAG Magazine, Sam's moviegoing expertise has been profiled in the New York Times and he was a featured guest on VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live.

The FBI National Academy is a ten-week program of advanced communication, leadership and fitness training.  Less than one percent of America’s law enforcement officials are selected to attend the program. Poughkeepsie School Board Expected To Vote On Superintendent Hire POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- At a special meeting Wednesday night, the Poughkeepsie City School District Board of Education will be voting on several new hires, including a new deputy superintendent. Women Outnumber Men At Culinary Institute For First Time HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Enrollment at the Culinary Institute of America has reached a new milestone. For the first time ever, there are women than men with 51.6 percent female enrollment. When the school opened in 1946, there was one woman in the class of 50. The school, which Julia Child called "the Harvard of cooking schools," has more than 3,000 students from all over the world. Female enrollment jumped to 20 percent in 1980 and 30 percent by 2000. By 2006, enrollment was up to 40 percent, according to Huffington Post.

Sleepy Hollow Bus Driver On Hunger Strike SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- A school bus driver is on a hunger strike outside Sleepy Hollow Middle High School to protest his recent suspension. Tony Tola, a bus driver for the district for 18 years, said he was wrongfully suspended after a co-worker attacked him, according to News12. Tola told News12 he was suspended after he refused to admit he was at fault and that the other employee was not suspended.   Tola has been sleeping in his car for the last five nights, living off water and other fluids, according to News12. The district said by law they cannot comment on personnel matters.
