Heavenly Productions Donates Supplies to Yonkers School YONKERS, N.Y. -- The Scholastic Academy in Yonkers got a big boost from Heavenly Productions Foundation, based in Armonk.Heavenly Productions Foundation raised funds this year to buy backpacks, school supplies, library books and classroom necessities such as paper towels, bottled hand soap, facial tissues and hand sanitizers for the students and teachers at the school. Pawling Library Gets $5K For Teen Programs PAWLING, N.Y. -- Two new programs are coming to the Pawling Library. Thanks to a $5,000 Bullet Aid grant, the library is adding programs for teens that focus on science and botany. The library will also use the grant money to purchase additional laptop computers. Massive East Fishkill Sports Facility Opening At Former IBM Campus EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Athletes will be able to play some of their favorite sports year-round in East Fishkill. The Sports KingDome will be opening later this year at 2 Auditorium Drive on the site of a former IBM Campus. The 347,000 square foot facility will feature 464' and 160' high ceilings. The Kingdome claims it will have the world's largest air-supported sports dome. Croton Man Drove Drunk, Left Scene Of Accident, Yorktown Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 27-year-old Croton-on-Hudson man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident in Yorktown Wednesday night. An officer observed a vehicle on Route 6 that was smoking and had heavy front end damage, police said. After a traffic stop, further investigation revealed he was intoxicated, police said.
