John Faso (R-Kinderhook) next year, was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree, a Class D felony last week. Brisee, a 27-year-old Walden resident, stole a 2011 Nissan Altima from the impound yard of P and P Auto in New Windsor, according to state police. D'Annunzio died Monday morning after she was struck by a train at the Valhalla station. Her death has been ruled a suicide.  As of Wednesday afternoon, the page has raised more than $34,000 from 340 people in one day.
