Police ID Men Struck, Killed On Capital Beltway Two men who died in a multi-vehicle wreck on the Capital Beltway Tuesday, May 17, had been hit after they got out of their car, police said. It's unclear why, but Abdellah Bougrine, 54, of Alexandria, and Driss Bougrine, 59, stopped their Toyota Corolla in the center westbound lane of Interstate 495 around 11 p.m. near Telegraph Road and got out.  Moments later, a Ford Ranger slammed into the two men and their car, Virginia State police said in a news release. Virginia Man Slain Days After Daughter Dies In I-95 Crash Ciera Berry's family had to do the unthinkable recently and begin planning the 28-year-old, mother of nine's funeral after she died in a fiery car crash. Less than a week later, they were struck with another tragedy.  Berry, of Triangle, died when her Nissan clipped another car on Interstate 95 while changing lanes on May 9. The impact sent her car careening into another and then off the road.  Witnesses pulled her passenger out of the vehicle, but Berry was trapped inside the burning car. Man Rescued From 30-Foot Hole In Woodford (Developing) A man fell into a 30-foot-hole on a construction site in Spotsylvania on Wednesday, May 18, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The man suffered a head injury in the fall. Federal Prisoner Dies At Alexandria Jail A 25-year-old Fairfax County man died at the William G. Truesdale Detention Center in Alexandria on Wednesday, May 18, officials said. Anthony Moaf suffered a medical emergency while alone in his cell Wednesday morning, county officials said in a news release. Support Surges For Leesburg 4-Year-Old Fighting Cancer Friends and family of Olivia "Ollie" Leith hope to raise $20,000 to help the 4-year-old Leesburg girl and her family battle cancer.  Doctors diagnosed Ollie on May 1, according to a GoFundMe page created to help raise the money.  The campaign says the money will go to help the family cover their expenses so they can focus on Ollie's treatment.  So far, the group has raised more than $10,000 from more than 100 donors.  Click here to donate.
