Manassas Gunman Shoots Cars, Homes: Report A gunman fired bullets into multiple cars and apartments in Manassas earlier this week, police said.  The incident began at about 9 p.m. Tuesday when a caller reported a fight in a parking lot in the 10300 block of Seventh Regiment Drive, a police report said. But as officers were making their way to break it up, several more people called in reports of shots being fired in that area.  When police arrived they found bullet holes in two parked cars. Fairfax Highway Closed To Clear Police-Involved Wreck Scene: Report Fairfax County police have closed the northbound lanes of Richmond Highway Thursday morning as they investigate a wreck that involved a police car, police said.  The T-bone wreck happened just after 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Lockheed Boulevard and Richmond Highway in Groveton. Stafford Woman Drove Drunk To Pick Up Child At Daycare: Police A Stafford woman drove drunk to pick up a child from daycare on Tuesday, May 24, authorities said.  Elena Kuypers, 31, was arrested at 5 p.m. after a concerned commuter called deputies about a suspected drunk driver, Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
