Woodbridge Teen Kicked Officers, Spat On Them, Damaged Patrol Car: Police A Prince William County teenager attacked officers during his arrest, damaged a patrol car, and spat on police last week, authorities said. Officers arrived at a home in the 3100 block of Tulip Tree Place in Dumfries around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, to serve an outstanding warrant, Prince William County police said. Two of the teenagers at the house ran away before officers could figure out who was inside. Man Exposed Himself At A Woodbridge Store: Police Prince William County police are searching for a man they say exposed himself at a store on Friday, July 11, authorities said. Customers in a Lowe's at 13720 Smoketown Road in Woodbridge said the man exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures, an incident report said. The man ran out of the store when other shoppers entered the aisle with him, police added. Witnesses said the man was between 50 and 60 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. He was about 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighed 180 pounds, police said. He wore a red shirt and khaki-colored pants.

Police ID 24-Year-Old Man Hit By Several Cars And Killed In Franconia Police released the name of the 24-year-old man who was hit by several cars and killed early Friday morning in Fairfax County. Keith Thomas was walking along Richmond Highway near the on-ramp for Interstate 95 in Franconia just before 1:30 a.m. when a 2005 GMC Sierra crashed into him, the Fairfax County police said.
