She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Monsignor Robert Ford, 97, Suffern Resident SUFFERN, N.Y. -- The Rev. Robert A. Ford died Jan. 29. He was 97.Born Oct. 31, 1918, in Suffern, he attended Sacred Heart School and Suffern High School.  He graduated from St. Joseph’s Seminary and obtained a master’s degree in social sciences from Fordham University in 1946.  After being ordained March 25, 1944, Ford celebrated his first solemn Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Suffern.  In 1966, he was the youngest priest to be elevated to monsignor.
