She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

National Association Of Women & Girls In Sports Honors Wallington Athlete WALLINGTON, N.J. -- Pamela Duchnowski of Wallington High School was among 160 female athletes honored at the National Association of Women and Girls in Sports Luncheon at Seton Hall University. The luncheon took place Sunday, Feb. 7. She was selected by the girls’ varsity sports coaches because of her leadership, team spirit and performance in volleyball and track and field.

Mamaroneck Students Place At State Skiing Championships MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- Mamaroneck High School freshman Richard Casey and sophomore Eleanor (Ellie) Lundberg placed at the New York State Skiing Championships.
