Englewood Center For Food Action Donates Snack Packs To Hackensack School ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- Jackson Avenue Elementary School students in Hackensack now will be receiving weekend snack packs from the Center for Food Action of Englewood. Students had their first delivery of 500 snack packs Thursday, making Jackson the seventh area school working with the center to provide weekend food to kids who are hungry. Diane Montalto and her Hearts for Hunger Program has raised the money to make this possible. Come To 'Got Talent' Show And Fundraiser At Stamford Middle School STAMFORD, Conn. -- Students and staff at Turn of River Middle School in Stamford will participate in the "Got Talent" show and fundraiser.The event will be Friday, Feb. 26 from 7-9 p.m. at the Turn of River Middle School auditorium, 117 Vine Road.  This is a student and staff talent-showcase fundraiser.  Doors open at 6:45 p.m. The concession will be available with baked goods, snacks and bottled water during intermission. Spirit wear will also be on sale.  Tickets are $3 for students, $5 for adults and $15 for a family of four.
