Sandra Diamond Fox has been a journalist since 2005, working for The News-Times and The Redding Pilot prior to coming to the Daily Voice. She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Ringwood Library Starting Free Craft Session 'Make It And Take It Tuesdays' RINGWOOD, N.J. -- The Ringwood Public Library is starting a new craft session called "Make It and Take It Tuesdays," which will be from 4:30-5:15 p.m. beginning March 8.There is no advance registration for these free weekly design-it-yourself exploration, imagination and creation stations for all ages. Lyndhurst Pre-K Gets Ready For Open House, Registration LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The Lyndhurst Department of Parks and Recreation has announced its Pre-K Open House and Registration. There will be an Open House for the Pre-K Program on Tuesday, March 22, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. It will be held at the Rec Center, at 862 Valley Brook Ave. Parents are invited to come and view the facility and meet the staff. The Pre-K Program has two sessions per day: a morning session from 8:40 to 11:10 a.m. and an afternoon session from 12:15 to 2:45 p.m.. The program is open to children who turn 4 by Oct.1. Waldwick United Methodist Church Sets Fish And Chips Dinner WALDWICK, N.J. -- The Waldwick United Methodist Church will host its annual fish 'n' chips dinner Monday, March 7.Tastefully British once again will prepare the fish dinners, which include fries and coleslaw. Garfield Boys And Girls Club, YMCA Sponsoring Golf For Garfield Event GARFIELD, N.J. -- The annual Golf for Garfield sponsored by the local Boys and Girls Club and YMCA will be held Monday, May 16, at the Crystal Springs course. NJ Press Foundation Honors Glen Rock HS Newspaper's Editor-In-Chief GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Lilia Wood, editor-in-chief of "The Glen Echo," Glen Rock High School's student newspaper, has been named New Jersey High School Journalist of the Year by the New Jersey Press Foundation. With this title, she also has been awarded the Bernard Kilgore Memorial Scholarship and will be New Jersey's contestant for the Journalist of the Year contest run by the national Journalism Education Association. "The Glen Echo" provides news to the Glen Rock High School community and the Borough of Glen Rock. All of the articles are written by students.
