Wednesday's tour was part of the scout's "landmark detective" project, where they are encouraged to explore their community and find out what things are important. East Rutherford Memorial Library Launches Animal Friendly Programs EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — East Rutherford Memorial Library is launching some animal friendly programs in February. Starting February 1, the library will launch a pet edition "food for fines" program.
