Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Tornado: Details Released On Strong Twister With 115 MPH Winds That Hit Region Detailed information has now been released about a tornado that touched down in New York during a round of isolated, severe thunderstorms over the weekend. The twister tore through an area in the Catskills, in northwestern Sullivan County, at around nightfall Saturday. Suspect On Loose After Attempted Robbery At Valley Stream Gas Station Police are searching for a suspect after an overnight attempted armed robbery at a Long Island gas station. Large Amount Of Money Stolen From ATM At Bank In Darien Police are investigating after a large amount of money was stolen from an ATM at a bank in Fairfield County. At about 9:40 am. on Tuesday, April 11, police in responded to Webster Bank at 1101 Post Road (Route 1) in Darien. on a report of money stolen from the ATM machine. The employee noticed the ATM had been tampered with when entering the bank, Darien Police said. The employee conducted an audit of the ATM and discovered a large amount of money was stolen.
