Authorities ID Man Accused In Bucks County Retail Theft One of two suspects accused of stealing from a Burlington store in Bucks County has been identified, authorities said. Christopher Thomas Winfree and a woman were caught on surveillance video on Nov. 21, 2020, leaving the 1591 Bethlehem Pike location with a range of merchandise, Hilltown Township police said.  According to police, the identity of the woman is still unknown. Tax preparation companies, like H&R Block and Intuit, use temporary bank accounts when they assist with filing tax returns, Attorney General Josh Shapiro explained.
