Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Three Trustees Elected In Village Of Fishkill Three trustees in the Village of Fishkill will start their terms on July 2.           Fishkill voters elected three village trustees on Tuesday, June 19, with a light turnout. Dean Scofield and incumbent Trudi Newhard won a three-way race for two seats for trustee, who serve two-year terms.  Scofield received 44 votes, Newhard received 37 and Rafael Delgado received 16 votes. Voters Approve Brewster School Budget Voters in the Brewster Central School District approved a $98 million budget for next year. A total of 1,123 Brewster residents voted for the budget proposal and 454 against it on Tuesday, June 19.
