Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Molinaro Campaign Expects Support From Republican Governors Association Record Fundraising A spokesman for Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro, who is challenging Democrat Andrew Cuomo for governor on Nov. 6, said the campaign expects to benefit from the national Republican Governors Association record fundraising this election cycle. The RGA announced $42.6 million raised in the third quarter of 2018, bringing its fundraising total for the 2017-2018 cycle to a new record-setting $156 million. Race About Race? Faso Attack Ads Call Rhodes Scholar Delgado 'Big City Rapper' U.S. Rep. John Faso, a Republican representing New York’s 19th Congressional District, which includes the mid-Hudson Valley is seen as vulnerable this year. NY State Consumer Sentiment Up, New Siena Poll Shows Are you ready to shop until you drop? Are you worrying less about finances? What do state residents think about food and gasoline prices?
