The Field Library debuted "Artists in the Archives: A Collection of Card Catalogs" on Saturday, Nov. 23, transforming the outdated way of looking for books into a work of art. Peekskill's Carla Rae Johnson helped organize the event and her piece, The Alternet, features more than 70 artists and 1,500 works of art. Reyes, who was reported missing on Saturday, was found on Croton Avenue in Ossining at 3 p.m. on Thursday after she was spotted by an anonymous tipster, police said. Brush Fire Near Routes 9A, 134 In Ossining Is Extinguished OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Ossining Fire Department has extinguished a brush fire at a private home near Routes 9A and Route 134 on Tuesday night. According to Westchester County Police, the fire was caused by an outdoor wood burning stove. Fire officials arrived on the scene about 8:30 p.m. and closed off Route 9A southbond near 134, according to police. It took about an hour to extinguish the fire, according to police.  No one was hurt by the blaze and 9A and 134 were reopened, according to police.

Somers Family Mourns Deceased Father of 12 SOMERS, N.Y. -- Somers resident Frank Katz is being remembered by his family as a loving father of 12 children. Katz was found dead Nov. 11 while walking from his home to the Goldens Bridge train station when he collapsed on Route 100 at 6:45 a.m. Katz worked in Manhattan as a pension actuary at Savasta and Co.
