The Hendrick Hudson School District has been working with Fiber Fundamentals to conduct an audit of its transportation department for the last 14 months. State Of Emergency Lifted In Putnam County PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- County Executive MaryEllen Odell lifted the state of emergency declared for Putnam at 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. Residents are now allowed to travel on roads, but Odell asked people to only use the roads if necessary so highway crews can clean them.
