Man Sentenced In Shooting Death Of 22-Year-Old Peekskill Resident PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old Peekskill resident was sentenced to 15 years in state prison for killing a man on Park Street last December. Janiel Myke was sentenced after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the first degree, (a Class B violent felony), in the shooting death of Stephen Agosto of Peekskill.
