Mahopac Man Didn't Install Interlock Device, Yorktown Police Say Going through a red light turned into big trouble for a 35-year-old Mahopac man. James Hosford was arrested in Yorktown and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without an interlock device installed, a condition of his suspended license, after police pulled him over for passing a steady red light on Route 6. Hosford was released after posting $145 bail and is due back in court on May 2.

Ossining Man Charged In Yorktown For Not Showing Up In Court YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 44-year-old Ossining resident was arrested and charged with failing to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Tuesday. Robin Hawkey turned himself into Yorktown Police last week after failing to appear in court on March 7 to answer a violation of probation charge. Hawkey was released on $1,000 cash bail and is due back in court on April 25.
