North Haledon PTO Plans 80s Themed Party NORTH HALEDON, N.J. -- The North Haledon Parent Teacher Organization will host a basket wrapping event on Monday, March 14 in advance of its 1980s-themed tricky tray fundraiser.Guests are invited to bring donations and help the PTO prepare for the fundraiser that will be held on April 18.  The wrapping event will take place at 7 p.m. at the PTO Headquarters.  The PTO is located at 845 Belmont Ave.
