Scarsdale Could See Severe Thunderstorms Saturday Residents of the Hudson Valley could see a stormy start to the weekend, according to the National Weather Service. Clouds will move into the area on Saturday morning and bring a chance of thunderstorms after 11 a.m. Chance of rain is 30 percent during the day. Storms could become stronger during the evening hours and produce small hail.  Sun will return on Sunday with a high of 77 degrees, but breezy conditions will linger with wind gusts up to 20 mph.  Winds will die down to start the workweek. Expect more sun and temperatures in the high 70s.
