Woodbridge Man Found Safe (Update) A 31-year-old Virginia man was found safe hours after he was reported missing. Brandon Morton was last seen leaving a home on Quant Drive in Woodbridge around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, according to county police He may be operating a dark green 2008 Toyota Camry, and made concerning statements before leaving and again over the phone. Morton is believed to be missing under voluntary circumstances and may be in need of assistance, which qualifies him as endangered. Fredericksburg 'Cell Phone Guy' Clarence Waller Jr. Dead At 39: 'Gentle Giant' Clarence Waller Jr. went by many names. Jay, junior, "the cell phone guy." But the 39-year-old Fredericksburg man who died on Thursday, Nov. 16, is being remembered in just one way: Fondly. The latest stop on this leg of the One Bite tour is Russo's in New Hope. The restaurant, owned by a Trenton/Robbinsville area native, specializes in the tomato pie. What's Portnoy have to say? 7.5.
