Pair Tried Hiding Loaded Gun, Drugs After Chester County Crash With Child In Car: Police Two men have been arrested after police say they found a loaded gun and drugs in a backpack they'd tossed from a vehicle containing a child after a crash in Chester County. Officers responding to a single-vehicle crash on the 600 block of Market Street around 8 p.m. Monday Feb. 5, found three adults and a small child in the car, Oxford police said.
