Man Spotted On Metro-North Hudson Line Tracks In Police Custody CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A man was arrested by Cortlandt State Police Monday afternoon after he was spotted trespassing on the train tracks north of the Cortlandt Train Station, according to Metro-North.  The man was seen trespassing on the tracks at 4:11 p.m. State police were called and took him into custody at 4:23 p.m, according to Metro-North. Man Charged With Exposing Himself On Metro-North Train CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- Alex Gonzalez, a 36-year-old Wappinger Falls resident, was arrested and charged with public lewdness on a Metro-North Hudson Line train Tuesday. Gonzalez was witnessed exposing himself and pleasuring himself on a train which was stopped at the Cortlandt Train Station, according to MTA spokesman Meredith Daniels. State police arrived on the scene first but Gonzalez was arrested by MTA Police, according to Daniels.
