Army Football Player Killed In Croton Car Accident CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- A West Point cadet and Army football player was killed in a one-car accident early Sunday morning in Croton. Brandon Jackson, a 20-year-old Queens resident, was killed when his vehicle hit a guardrail on Route 9 near the 129 Municipal Place exit at 1:50 a.m., Sgt. John Nikitopoulos said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, Nikitopoulos said.
