New PepsiCo Facility In Mount Pleasant Gets Approval The Mount Pleasant Planning Board granted PepsiCo a site plan approval to build a three-story research and development facility in Valhalla Thursday. The planning board also approved a steep slope application for the 114,000 square-foot property at 350 Columbus Avenue in Valhalla. PepsiCo plans to make renovations to two buildings on the site and to add 128 parking spaces.
