Bronx Boy Charged With Bomb Threats At Kearney High School: Police A 13-year-old boy from The Bronx was charged with juvenile delinquency on Friday, April 14 for calling bomb threats into Kearney High School last week, police said. The boy has no connection to Kearney and picked the school at random, Captain Timothy Wagner said.  He was charged with two counts of terroristic threats in the third degree, Wagner said. A summons complaint was mailed to his residence, Wagner said.
