Two Tornadoes Touched Down In Virginia During Tropical Storm: National Weather Service The National Weather Service has confirmed that at least two tornados touched ground in Virginia as they continue to probe the damage done by Tropical Storm Debby.  Storms rolled through the region late last week, wreaking havoc in parts of the DMV region, including several areas in Virginia.
